All products are made to order and enter production immediately after purchase.
• Production time: 2–3 business days
• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
During high-demand periods, production may take slightly longer.

Packaging
Posters (Unframed):
Carefully rolled and shipped in thick, protective cardboard tubes to prevent bending or damage.
Framed Prints:
Shipped in reinforced protective boxes with corner protectors and durable plexiglass to ensure safe delivery.
Customs & Import Duties
All EU and UK orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) through Gelato’s network. Customers will not be charged additional customs fees upon delivery.
For other countries, import taxes or duties may apply depending on local regulations.
